I had stopped by to just get an estimate on a damaged headlight. Jimmy, the manager, stated that he was very busy and the only way that he could give me an estimate was for me to leave my car there for a little while and then he could give me an ballpark price. I agreed, and had left my car at noon. Hours passed by, still no call. I had called to touch base and the receptionist, who stated she had NO CLUE what he was doing my car and I would just have to wait to hear back from him. Still no word from Jimmy by 4:55pm. So I decided to call again and ask what was going on, he had told me that he wrote my number down wrong and when he recited it back to me it didn't even resemble mine. Then he tried to tell me that there was $1600 of damages, which was more than half the cars value. I was blown away by his loud rude rant over the phone. I feel that being a young single woman, he was just trying to take advantage of me and I would just leave my car and pay the outrageous cost. Sorry, Jimmy, intimidation factor isn't going to work in your favor this time!
